going to the gym is becoming my favourite pastime of the century. not cos i wanna slim down... actually i do... but that's not the motivating factor.
miss those sweat-it-out days.
all sorts of ball games during nanyang times. daily 2.4km jog during saint days. wushu, taiji, opera, dance, yoga and movement trainings during finger players.
yes, i'm going to the gym to re-visit my memories...
